Privacy Policy

1 · Data Minimization

Homeowners can post projects, look up bids, and browse the entire directory without ever creating an account. We do not capture your name, email, phone number, physical address, IP address, or device identifier for any project tracking flow. Every submission is identified only by a system-generated tracking code that you save yourself.

The only rows we store long-term are (a) admin-vetted provider listings, (b) anonymous project intake fields (trade, city, zone, budget range — never PII), and (c) sealed bid amounts submitted by verified providers.

2 · Third-Party Cookies — Essential Functional Only

VideoProven itself sets zero tracking, analytics, advertising, or session cookies. The only cookies you may encounter on this site come from two embedded third-party services whose functionality is essential to the directory:

• •Stripe — essential functional cookies loaded only when a provider checks out to pay for a monthly subscription slot. Governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
• •YouTube — essential functional cookies loaded when a repair video is played inside an embedded iframe. Governed by YouTube's / Google's own privacy policy.

No advertising or third-party marketing SDKs are loaded on any page of this site.
