1 · Venue Status — Intermediary Directory Only
VideoProven is a strictly informational, text-only directory of independent handymen, contractors, and DIY repair videos. We do not hire, employ, dispatch, schedule, supervise, or manage any provider listed on this site. Every listed business operates as an independent third party. Nothing on this site constitutes a referral, endorsement, warranty, or guarantee of any provider's work.
2 · Total Financial Disassociation & Liability
VideoProven is 100% removed from every transaction, payment, quote, invoice, and contract that occurs between a homeowner and a provider. We hold zero funds, process zero payments, and are never a party to any agreement. We assume zero liability for financial losses, deposits, scams, project incompletion, property damage, personal injury, workmanship disputes, or any other outcome tied to a transaction that originated through this directory.
Any repair performed after watching a DIY video on this site is undertaken entirely at the viewer's own risk. If you are not qualified to perform the repair safely, stop and hire a licensed professional.
3 · Contractor Credentials — Self-Reported
Every credential, license number, years-in-business claim, insurance status, and certification displayed on a provider's card is self-reported by that provider. We do our best to verify references at intake, but the ultimate responsibility for due diligence rests with the homeowner. Before hiring any provider you find here, confirm active licensure directly with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)or the equivalent state board that governs the trade.
4 · External Content — YouTube Hyperlinks Only
VideoProven does not own, host, stream, encode, or edit any of the repair videos surfaced on this site. We provide static hyperlinks to public YouTube videos published by their respective creators. All video content is the intellectual property of the original uploader and is governed by YouTube's own Terms of Service. If you own a linked video and would like it removed, contact the office directly.
